The Critical Path

Every system has one primary constraint. We find it, and we remove it.

One step holds back the rest.
Clear it, and the rest flows.

We specialize in finding the exact sequence of right moves that gets the job done.

Our Process

You

Fill out a form or contact us on social to get started. We’ll talk through what you’re needing.

Together

Agree on what success looks like

We get clear on what a win looks like for you — the real outcomes you’re after — and put it in writing. That’s what we hold ourselves to.

Us

We present our approach

We come back with the plan — the binding constraint we found, the system that removes it, and the timeline. In plain terms, not a deck.

You

You approve our approach

You sign off on the plan before we build. Nothing moves forward until the approach is yours to stand behind.

Us

We see the project to completion & hand off

We hand the finished, documented systems back to your team — yours to run, own, and build on. Our work to you is 100% open source.

Our Principles

REV 2026

There is no (good) problem that can't be solved. This starts with a clear understanding of the problem & where we need to go. From there, it's about the resources, structure, & systems required to execute.

The essential first step in assessing the health of any goal, problem, or system is to question the requirements. We then agree, up front, on what success looks like — the specific outcomes and metrics we hold ourselves accountable to. This encourages healthy, deliberate debate and ensures we are focusing on the right things.

Nonsense words, technical jargon, and acronyms slow down communication. Simple = decisive. Decisive = competitive advantage. Choose language that most efficiently gets to the point.

If a rule doesn't make sense, contribute to progress, or apply to your specific situation — avoid it. Always engage in common sense. Logic should be agnostic to conventional rules.

Simplicity is the patron saint of progress. If you are not adding back steps, you are not deleting enough. We push the boundaries of what's necessary. No part should be unnecessary, no process should be complicated.

While the work we do with you remains private, we are committed to operating with total transparency to you. We will always be direct & honest in our communication. Our work will be open-source to you.

Creative + Engineer + Operations

Not the loudest voice in the room — but absolutely dialed in, vibing to Latin music, getting it done. Pushing the human race forward, doing a little samba. Relentless. If it's not me getting you out of pickles, we got a guy who can.
