Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to OpsLab. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (opslab.vc). Please read it carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Contact form submissions: When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, and message. This information is voluntarily provided by you and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.

Call bookings: When you book a call through our scheduler, we collect your name, email address, your chosen date, time, and meeting medium, and — if you choose a phone or text meeting — your phone number, plus any optional note you include. This information is used solely to hold and conduct the meeting you requested and to send any reminder you opt into.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways: to respond to your inquiries; to communicate with you about our services; and to maintain our client relationships.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Service Providers We Use

Email delivery — Google Workspace: When you submit the contact form or book a call, the details you provide are emailed to our team (and your confirmation is emailed to you) via Google Workspace (workspace.google.com), Google's business email service. Google processes this data solely to deliver email on our behalf. For details, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data storage — Supabase: Contact form submissions and call bookings are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com) so we can keep track of inquiries and scheduled meetings. Supabase processes this data solely to provide database hosting on our behalf. For details, see Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

4. How We Protect Your Information

OpsLab takes the security of your information seriously. We implement security measures including partnering with reputable third-party services and utilizing secure hosting platforms to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use cookies or cross-site tracking. We use Vercel Analytics (vercel.com), a cookie-less, privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — page views, referrers, and which sections of the page are viewed — so we can understand how visitors read the site. This data contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify or profile you. We may also use standard server-side logs (e.g. request timestamps and IP addresses) for infrastructure monitoring and security purposes only.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. You can:

Request access to any information we hold about you; ask us to correct or update any incorrect or outdated information; request the deletion of your personal information, subject to any necessary retention for legal or operational purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
